Integrating CompanyFlex Numbers with Magenta Business APIs
After configuration, your CompanyFlex numbers can be seamlessly integrated with Magenta Business API services, including the Voice API. This allows you to add features like one-click calling to enhance your customer's online shopping experience.Additionally, CompanyFlex numbers work with AI Studio, a platform designed to support both chatbots and voice bots, enabling businessmen to develop and manage smart, AI powered communication solutions.

1. Create your Magenta Business API Account
If you haven't yet obtained your Magenta Business API account (Master API Key), you can reach out to your Telekom sales representative or e-mail our Telekom service experts. Once you receive teh necessary credentials, you can begin setting up your Voice APIs.
Important Note: When integrated Magenta Buisness API, a Subaccount(Sub API Key) will be generated specifically for use with your CompanyFlex phone numbers. This does not affect any existing applications or API usage. To enable Voice APIs with CompanyFlex SIP Trunk numbers, the Sub API Key is required.

2. Create a Business Service Portal (BSP) Account
To access the CompanyFlex administration portal and configure your SIP trunks, you'll need to set up a Business Service Portal (BSP account). After booking CompanyFlex, you will receive a one-time password(OTP), which will allow you to link your landline customer number with the user account created in the Business Service Portal (BSP).

3. Setup a CompanyFlex SIP Trunk and Select Phone Numbers for Magenta Business APIs
To integrate your CompanyFlex numbers with Magenta Business APIs, you need to configure a SIP trunk through the Administration Portal. If you've already completed this step, you can proceed to the next one. If not, you can find detailed configuration instructions on CompanyFlex support site.
4. Activate CompanyFlex Integration for Magenta Business API
To link your CompanyFlex SIP Trunk to your Magenta Business API account, submit an inquiry via the support form. You will need to provide the following details to enable the integration of CompanyFlex SIP Trunk phone numbers:
- Your Deutsche Telekom customer number
- Your Magenta Business API MasterKey for linking CompanyFlex
- The name of the CompanyFlex SIP trunk you wish to link with your Magenta Business API
- The phone numbers from the CompanyFlex SIP Trunk phone number database to be uploaded to Magenta Business API. Please include the information from step 3 and 4 in the
Your messagefield.
5. Assign Phone Numbers to Voice API in Magenta Business API
Once your order is processed, the assigned phone numbers will be available in your Magenta Business API account under the newly created Sub-API key.
Adding more Phone Numbers to Magenta Business API
To expand your use of phone numbers with Magenta Business API, follow these two steps:
- Choose the existing SIP trunk configured for Magenta Business API.
- Choose the specific phone numbers and/or extension ranges from your CompanyFlex phone number inventory of your CompanyFlex booking to associate with this SIP trunk.
- In the following step, you can refine your selection by providing the exact phone numbers you wish to use within your Magenta Business API Portal.
- To enable the Magenta Business API integration for your selected phone numbers, place an order by submitting an inquiry through the support form.
To activate the integration of these additional numbers with Magenta Business API, submit an inquiry via the support form, including the required details:
- Your Telekom customer number
- Your Magenta Business API MasterKey to link with CompanyFlex
- The name of the CompanyFlex SIP trunk to be connected to Magenta Business API
- The phone numbers from the affected CompanyFlex SIP Trunk phone number database to be uploaded to Magenta Business API.
Please include the necessary information from points 3 and 4 in the Your message field.
Remove phone numbers from Magenta Business API
If you wish to stop using certain phone numbers with Magenta Business API, follow these two steps:
- Remove the phone numbers from any Voice API applications in your Magenta Business API Dashboard.
- Submit an enquiry through the support form to deactivate the Magenta Business API integration for the selected phone numbers. Provide the following details in your
Your messagefield:- The name of the CompanyFlex SIP trunk linked to Magenta Business API
- The phone numbers to be removed from the CompanyFlex SIP trunk phone number inventory for Magenta Business API.
- Optional: Afterward, go to the SIP Trunk Administration in the Business Service Portal and detach the phone numbers from the SIP Trunk.
