We had a blast at TrailblazerDX 2024, where Salesforce showcased the latest innovations and trends in its customer relationship management (CRM) product. The Vonage Developer Experience team was hanging out in the mini-hack area, helping folks complete our hack, which involved using Salesforce and Vonage Conversations for Salesforce. With it, you can turn your Salesforce into a personalized engagement tool, reach customers at scale across SMS, MMS, and WhatsApp from the Salesforce CRM, and seamlessly blend bots and agents!
For those that couldn't attend this year's conference, don't worry! You can still enjoy the action and experience our mini-hack. It will show you how to install our product through the Salesforce AppExchange and send/respond to an SMS notification directly inside of Salesforce! There's even a bonus section that involves working with Salesforce Flows!
How to Get Started
Getting started with our mini-hack is easy. Point your browser to our GitHub page, follow the step-by-step instructions to access the resources, and begin your journey.
